However, moments after the release of Ac1dsn0w, Pwn Dev-Team (developer of the Ac1dsn0w) pulled out their new jailbreak tool from the web due to legal issues. This is primarily because of the fact that the iPhone Dev-Team spokesperson MuscleNerd confirmed that the new iPhone jailbreak tool contains copyrighted Apple code, which makes it illegal to distribute the files.
